The purpose of the Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS) Continuing Medical Education (CME) team is to support the goal of medical education to ensure NGHS is providing optimum patient care. In addition to physicians and advanced practitioners, the CME team provides relevant educational activities for nursing, allied health, pharmacy and other healthcare professionals. Our vision is to advance knowledge, increase awareness of current health issues and encourage the application of evidence-based medicine for patient care.
