Objectives:

• List two patient populations with lung cancer who are missed by current USPSTF low-dose CT screening eligibility criteria.
• Describe how a deep-learning risk model (Sybil) predicts future lung cancer risk from a single low-dose CT without smoking history or radiologist annotation.
• Compare the diagnostic accuracy and pneumothorax rates of navigational bronchoscopy versus CT-guided transthoracic needle biopsy for peripheral pulmonary nodules.
