• Participants will analyze and discuss recent research articles on innovative teaching methodologies and evidence-based instructional techniques in medical education.
• Participants will critically evaluate literature on assessment tools and techniques in medical education, including formative and summative assessments, to identify best practices for evaluating learners' knowledge, skills, and competencies.
• Participants will explore literature on reflective teaching practices and engage in reflective discussions on their own teaching experiences.
