Join us for a free, enlightening seminar focused entirely on women! This seminar will cover essential topics related to women’s health, offering valuable information and guidance to help women of all ages make informed decisions about their well-being.
Seminar Highlights:
Speaker: Mary Lou Wilson, MSN, RN, NE-BC
Mary Lou Wilson has over 40 years in nursing leadership. Her role at Northeast Georgia Health System is Executive Director, Women’s Service Line Administrator. She is board certified as a Nurse Executive by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington University in St. Louis, and has her Master of Science in Nursing in Organizational Leadership from American Sentinel University.
During her time at Northeast Georgia Medical Center, she has worked to developed strong partnerships with medical staff, the communities of Gainesville and Braselton, and other service lines to crosswalk care for women of all ages. Her passion is the health and safety of women and children, as shown by her work with the Maternal Cardiovascular Program Committee at Northeast Georgia Health System, the HRSA Maternal Health and Innovation grant to improve Maternal Mortality and Morbidity in the state of Georgia of which she was a co-author, and implementation of a Bereavement and Family Support program for Women’s and Children’s Services.
