Mommy & Me Journal Club Braselton

Bring your baby(s), journals that you received in the hospital, (if not one will be provided), questions, and concerns to share in a safe, supportive space of new moms experiencing the same things you are. We will spend time establishing a sense of community through meaningful discussions of one of the most transformative times in your life . Whether you're navigating sleepless nights, emotional ups and downs, or moments of joy and self-discovery, this is your space to breathe, process, and grow—with other moms who truly get it. Journal/discussion prompts will be provided. No writing experience needed—just an open heart.
